I look forward to answering all of your questions during the consultation, but until then here are some popular questions I get asked by potential clients.

How does paying for my expenses work? Do I just give you cash every week?

There are two options, you can reimburse me when I invoice (every two weeks) or you can pay a lump sum up front and will be able to track your credit anytime when you sign into your account through my invoicing app online.

What forms of payment do you accept and how will I know when to pay?

I accept cash, check, Paypal, Chase Quickpay or Visa/Mastercard. I invoice my clients every two weeks by email with a link to sign into your account through my invoicing software, Freshbooks. There you can see detailed invoices with receipts from any purchases made and available credit (if you paid for expenses up front).

Do I have to give you a key to my house?

No, if you would rather wait a few months before giving me a key that is understandable. I can drop off any items I’ve purchased or complete tasks around the house while you’re home.

Do you have references?

Yes, the majority of the clients I currently work for have been with me over four years and would love to speak with you.

Are there any tasks you won’t do?

As long as what you are asking me to do is moral and legal, I can usually get it done. I have all different types of clients with different needs and I am sure they appreciate the fact that I keep their business private, even if it is an odd request.
